The full list of winners is available on the Condé Nast Traveler website since yesterday, Thursday, April 23, with selected properties also featured in the May/June print editions across the US and UK.

This recognition is the culmination of a journey that began with a vision and unfolded through dedication. From soft opening to the recent grand opening in 2025. It reflects the collective effort of an entire team who shaped an idea into a destination.

A Place Apart near the Gili Islands

Set within a secluded five-acre estate along the sweeping curve
of Gondang Beach in northwestern Lombok, our modernist villa retreat by famous Vittorio Simoni Architects offers a rare sense of stillness. Sheltered within a coconut grove and framed by the dramatic presence of Mount Rinjani, the setting is both powerful and serene.

To the west, uninterrupted ocean horizons unfold into violet sunsets. In the distance, Mount Agung rises in silhouette. Its shifting presence adding a subtle sense of drama to the landscape.

The estate comprises nine low-slung villas, carefully integrated into the natural environment. Constructed from raw stone, the architecture blends into the pewter-toned shoreline, where mica flecks catch the soft glow of evening lanterns.
