For rentals beginning more than 30 days after the date of the booking request – a deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is payable. The remaining 75% balance must be payed not less than 35 days before the scheduled arrival date. * For rentals beginning 30 days or less after the date of the booking request – the total rental amount is payable as a deposit.

The following cancellation fees will generally apply:

25% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the start of the rental period. 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period. No-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited. Shortening of stay for any reason is considered as a cancellation.

Lombok International Airport (Indonesian: Bandara Udara Internasional Lombok) (LOP) is the International airport on the island of Lombok. It is the island’s the only fully operational airport, located at about 90 minutes from The Lombok Lodge Villa Estate.

Teluk Nara and Teluk Kode are the ports from where fast boat operators arrange speedboat pickups. The transfer from Teluk Kode/Nara to The Lodge will take about 15-20minutes.

Malaria is pretty rare at Medana area. However, we take malaria seriously by regularly fogging / misting the resort and the surrounding areas. The Villas are sprayed daily by our housekeeping staff. If you are concerned, we recommend to use insect repellent.

Guests have no reason to worry about the Zika virus. We have not experienced cases of Zika at our area and have precautionary measures in place on property to control mosquitos in general. Weekly Fogging /ULV misting at The Lombok Lodge properties has been very effective against mosquito nuisance, and we offer repellents all over the properties for guests to use day and night.

All bookings are assumed to be for normal holiday purposes only, and the Guest agrees that the use of the villa will be limited to this purpose unless otherwise confirmed in writing. If the Guest is planning to hold an event, such as a wedding or party, which involves having a larger number of people at the villa, or if the Guest is planning to use the villa for a purpose other than holiday, please communicate this at the time of booking, as special approval or arrangements may be required.
