At the heart of the new OFYR Grill Restaurant is a flame-driven culinary theatre dedicated to one of the most prestigious meats in the world: Wagyu beef.

What Makes Wagyu So Exceptional?

Wagyu beef earns global acclaim for its tenderness, rich marbling, and buttery texture, making it one of the world’s finest meats. Bred in Japan, Wagyu follows a marbling score system (MB 1–12) that measures intramuscular fat. At The Chef’s Wagyu Table, MB 4–5 cuts deliver the ideal balance of flavor and melt-in-your-mouth texture.

Premium Wagyu is defined not only by marbling but also by breed, feed, and rearing methods. With exceptional quality now produced in Japan, Indonesia, and Australia under strict standards.

Indonesian Tokusen Wagyu, derived from Japanese Black Cattle crossed with Holstein and Black Angus. Exceptionally tender with a pronounced, beefy depth.

#RIBEYE MB 5
Australian Wagyu Ribeye with a moderate marbling profile. A guest favourite for its balance of juiciness and full-bodied flavor.

#TENDERLOIN MB 4-5
Exceptionally lean, buttery texture with bold meaty notes. Hormone Growth Promotant (HGP) free and antibiotic free — purity guaranteed.
