#2 As a part of our commitment for excellent service – and as excellence is not an accident – we will organise the following for you prior to your scooter trip;
> A rain jacket/poncho to keep under your seat and to use during a sudden and unexpected rain.
> A router with WIFI connection to be able to stay in touch with us in case any issue during your trip
> A phone mount per scooter to use google maps on your personal device during your trip
> A First Aid Kit – #BetterSafeThanSorry – to reduce the risk of minor injuries from worsening

#3 Refill your water tumbler with The Lombok Lodge fresh detox water of the day prior to leaving the property to keep you hydrated during your trip
#4 Remember that when driving a scooter in Lombok, you stick to the left side of the road.
#5 Be aware that you’ll often hear people hooting around sharp corners, this is a safety measure to warn other cars that there’s an oncoming vehicle.
#6 Cover up or wear sunscreen when riding a scooter in Lombok. You’ll be surprised just how burnt you can get.
#7 Be aware of cows, goats, chicken and dogs on the road
#8 You won’t really need to worry about figuring out how to fill up the petrol, as you can easily stop off on the side of the road throughout the island and someone will do it for you! Many petrol stations where you can fill up. But the most common place to refuel is with the vendors who sell petrol on the side of the streets in old vodka bottles. They are everywhere! Standard is about IDR 10 000 IDR ($0.6) for 1 liter
